Dear ADJA Family,
I am very proud that Drax and Jan chose me to become the new president of the ADJA. For many years, Drax and I have shared the same vision of what the ADJA was and could become, and I have been overwhelmed with positive messages from you all. I can't thank everyone enough for that and their offers of help and support during this transition. While I’ve met many of you throughout the years, I’m looking forward to working with you all going forward.
With Drax's unexpected passing, there are some challenges we're navigating, and I'd like to take this moment to set expectations. With the help of the folks who had administrative roles in the ADJA under Drax, our short-term goals are to keep systems running smoothly, and create a hassle-free experience for existing members. Shortly thereafter, we'll be expanding the current benefits to include additional discounts and offerings while growing our organization.
I've always known that the ADJA is the leader in DJ trade groups. In keeping with the goals Drax worked so hard to achieve, we will carry forward his vision by expanding our influence in this industry.
