But look ahead a year or two.

Instead, our lead crew lead pulled up the original floorplans, redesigned the workstation leg-run tolerances on his tablet, and rearranged the entire row with millimetric precision on the spot.

If you’ve ever walked past a beautiful glass-walled conference room and heard every word of a private meeting, you’ve experienced an acoustic leak.

When architectural glass walls are installed, a high STC (Sound Transmission Class) rating isn’t just about the glass thickness. It’s about the seal. Even a 1/16-inch gap under a track or around a door frame can drop an office's acoustic privacy by up to 50%.

Architectural glass is rigid, but commercial buildings are not. Floors deflect under weight, and ceilings settle. That is why our installation teams spend hours with laser-precision leveling systems during the initial layout.

We adjust for floor deflection and ensure gasket systems are perfectly compressed. If the framing isn’t completely square and plumb down to the millimeter, the glass will bind, the doors won't latch smoothly, and the acoustic seal fails.
