Finished this piece and it’s now for sale!! Posted on other pages for $200 though for my customers, It’s priced at $175😉.
This rare and beautiful piece is painted with Anne Sloan Pure White and Duck egg with dark wax. The glass k***s add the perfect touch! The top is stained in American Walnut.
The measurements are;

This dresser already had one transformation yet I was not pleased. It sat around untouched for some time until I knew exactly what I was going to do. My teenage daughter has no counter space in her bathroom. Totes and baskets filled the space yet making it look horrible. I refurbished the dresser, removing the lower drawer for baskets or towels. The drawers are lined with a vintage wood look liner, the k***s were purchased at Hobby Lobby which were on sale. This looks completely different from its original!! I did keep the wheels attached as it adds charm. This is why I do what I do, watching as each piece transforms into something unique.

A little delayed though happy 2017!!! I can not thank the many clients that supported Flip Me Chic in 2016. 2017 is off to a great start and I wanted to share with you some exciting changes that have been made to Flip Me Chic to offer more services.
Last year was a year for me to learn, to find what worked and what did not. Here we go!!....

*Flip Me Chic is now Mobile!!! How exciting is that! Many reached out though could not bring their piece(s) to me. For those of you in Gig Harbor, Flip Me Chic will come to you and all you need is a work space for me to complete your project. There will be a small service fee.

*Moving away from using Latex paint and going more with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. This saves much time and is almost non-toxic. The client will have the choice of a wax finish or a Poly finish. (Poly works best for dining tables, pieces that are used often)

*While I love restoring old pieces, stripping down pieces and staining to the same color or different, this will no longer be offered for large pieces. The time, the cost, etc does not make good business sense.

*Client rewards are now offered!! For each completed personal project for a client or a completed referral, gives YOU points that will add to discounts. HOW AMAZING IS THAT!

*Flip Me Chic is now offering Art designs on refurbished pieces. (Photos to come of ideas! So stay posted)

*Flip Me Chic will be opening an Etsy account soon! Personal home decorative decor will be offered for local orders as well as online.

*And here within a week, Flip Me Chic will finally be accepting Visa and MasterCard! This allows clients more flexibility that was limited last year.

I want to again thank each of you for your support last year. The support that I received was insane, more than I could have ever imagined! There was highs and lows, crazy moments and amazing moments!! Nonetheless, each of you taught me something and I am forever thankful. xoxo-Lisa

Don't get rid of your bedroom set because it's outdated or no longer what you like. Make it yours!! Completely redone bedroom set, headboard, nightstand and dresser. The tops of the dresser and nightstand were stained the same as the headboard with chalk paint added to the dresser and nightstand for a pop of color. Have a few openings in the month of October to have ready for your holiday guests or a gift to yourself!!

I have many projects that I need to post. Stay tuned as many will be posted in the next few days. Business has been crazy and more so now that the holidays are approaching! If you are needing your dining table, guest bedroom furniture flipped or other pieces, let's get you scheduled!!

Here is the latest piece I did for my dear friend Starla and her brother Audie. The dresser belonged to their parents and is roughly 40 years old. They thought about selling it in a yard sale though are now happy they did not. I needed to keep it masculine using a rich stain, grey and the drawer pulls being spray painted Navy Blue which are the colors of his decor. His pure excitement is why I continue to do this💗. Thank you!!

Many of my customers have known and have been absolutely AMAZING to say the least. Our family emergency last month has caused several trips to the Eastside, project delays and others on hold. Our beloved grandfather has passed away and without the understanding of my clients, easing my mind and giving kind words, I would not have been able to be fully present, so once again I THANK YOU!!
With that said, 2 things both exciting!! One is, I'll be scheduling pieces for August with a cool deal! For those who have multiple pieces, you'll receive 50% off your second piece, (the lesser priced item) as a celebration to gramps! He loved to smile and I want each of you to as well!! I'm back full time and rockin and rollin!
Next, this has taught me that I may need someone part-time! It'll be very part time though eventually could lead to something much bigger in the future! If you know someone who'd be interested in doing so, please let me know! Of course, experience is great though I understand there are those who'd like to learn and do it! There will be a non compete agreement however. This is to protect my business and my clients💗

I've been out of town due to a family emergency. Late last night, I walked into my shop and began the process of finishing these pieces. This is my love, the calmness of my soul. I love what I do for my clients, I love what it brings to their home and the passion only becomes stronger. This is what I've been working on between projects. It'll be used in our spare bedroom that will be the home to our new foreign exchange student coming in August. Here's a peek....
