Drawer fronts are all milled up from solid hard maple and ready for some template work. Do you prefer hardwood false fronts or build in plywood fronts?

This duo has been a game changer. By far the best combo I’ve used before for finish and it’s for sure my go to going forward. What’s your favorite combo for finish/application method?

Decided to call an audible here. Because these legs are 3” square I wanted some screws with some more holding power so I decided to add some Armor Tool] pocket screws. They are stronger, almost twice the length, and a nice sexy red color that matches perfectly with the red T track I’m using later in the build.

I’m almost wrapped up on the YouTube video edit so go subscribe to my channel (link in bio) so you can check it out. Going to be a fun one for sure!

My is a bit of a mess right now but this project sure is coming along nicely. Loving the way my shop is forming. Such a pleasure to work in here each day. Nothing but over here!

Do I need to layout my pocket holes perfectly spaced? No! Do I do it anyway because I’m a big boy and you don’t tell me what to do? Yup! 😊

Do you agree?

As much as we all hate sanding, it is the single most important step in taking a piece from good to great. Regardless if it’s a shop project, fine furniture, cutting boards, or outdoor decor. Sanding is the key to it all.

This glue up was by far the biggest and most stressful to date for me. Pocket holes, dominos, clamps not big enough, dripping glue, keeping things flush and square, 1/4” offset reveal and all by myself 😂

Loving the way this build is coming together. Can’t wait to show y’all part 1 of the build on my YouTube channel. If you haven’t yet, make sure to go subscribe and click the 🔔 so you’ll be the first to know when the video drops.

When I was pulling the leg blanks out of the clamps to prep for milling them up I just couldn’t help myself. Watch until the end and comment if you caught it.
