A little behind-the-scenes testing today.

This is not a finished product. I’m experimenting with a new stitch template to see how the pattern lays out, how the stitch length looks, and whether the finished result is clean enough to meet the standard I want before I ever use something like this on a customer’s project.

Part of custom upholstery is testing ideas, making adjustments, and figuring out what actually works before it ever becomes part of the finished product.

I thought the process was interesting enough to share.

A quick before and after from a waiting room chair at Tune Up Manly Salon in Lenoir City.

The seat back was still in good shape, but the foam and webbing underneath had completely blown out. Instead of replacing the whole chair, we rebuilt the seat bottom and put it back into service.

Sometimes the best repair is fixing what actually failed instead of replacing everything.

A little look at the process behind this custom bass boat cover.

From sewing in the shop, a little teamwork, removing the old cover, and finally getting the new one fitted on the boat. Final pics will come later !

And yes… the camera survived the opening shot. 😂

Nothing means more than hearing this from a customer after the job is finished.

Chris brought us a bimini that had been torn and needed some serious attention. We were able to get it repaired, cleaned up, and back where it belonged.

Really appreciate the shoutout and recommendation. We take a lot of pride in doing the job right and taking care of the people who trust us with their boats.
