Don't let an old ugly dirty board fool ya. What's inside just might surprise you. This is some old American Walnut that was cut about 70 years ago and has been stored inside since. It is just beautiful.

Mothers Day is just a week away. If you don't know what to get her maybe consider something handmade.
I have these cheese cutting boards available. One with baby goats, two with grapes and wine, and one with the words Home Sweet Home. All come with stainless steel hardware in black or brushed stainless. They also come with two extra blades. 60.00 ea plus shipping if needed.

Here is what I was working on over the weekend.
This handcrafted rollerball pen showcases the rare beauty of ancient woolly mammoth tooth, featuring striking natural patterns in deep blues and soft, layered tones that make each piece truly one of a kind. This is likely the only one of this material I will make. Prepping this blank was completed by pure determination because the smell was terrible lol. I thought deer antler was bad but there is no comparison to water buffalo horn.

Here is another Woolly Mammoth Tooth rollerball pen I made. The fusion of natural colors fossilized over 10,000 years is amazing. These are very difficult and time consuming to make and no two are ever exactly alike. So far I have been lucky with two attempts and two successes.

The hardware is Rhodium plated which is a ultra rare precious metal. Rhodium is crazy expensive with prices over 10K per ounce today. It is to the point that it is not practical to offer pens with Rhodium plating anymore. So the few that I have in stock and coming avaliable will likely be the last.

This pen has a Schmidt 5888F ink refill for very smooth writing.

This will come with a leather case for storage while not in use.

Here is another fountain pen I just completed. This one is made with Bubinga that has been cut across the grain which makes it appear to have rings.
Bubinga comes from the tropical regions of Equatorial and West Africa. This hardwood is known for its red, violet and brown tones and is heavily used in high end furniture, cabinets and guitars.

The hardware on this fountain pen is chrome and 22 kt gold and has a German Iridium nib. It comes with a prefilled ink cartridge and a converter.
This will make a beautiful addition to any collection or for any fountain pen enthusiast.
