Are there any homes for rent?
Unfortunately our community is only home owned. Occasionally a home owner will rent one of their rooms but we do not keep track of such information.
Are there any homes for sell?
Please call the leasing office at (510) 651-0990 to see if there are any current homes for sale.
Do you have parking for my RV?
We do have an RV and storage area but it is only limited to residents who live here in the park.
How much is the lot rent?
Our lot rents tend to widely vary but to give you some numbers for reference our lowest lot rent is $840.00 and our highest is $1,300.00
Does the lot rent include utilities?
The lot rent includes water, sewer and garbage making the owners responsible for electric and gas charges.
How much do houses sell for?
The amount that homes in our park sell for also varies. Homes with 1-3 bedrooms have sold anywhere from $25,000 - $205,000. Prices are based on the age of the home, the amount of rooms it has, the condition of the home and many other factors.
Are there any other additional fees?
Currently the only other additional charge is of $0.23 cents a month for some capital improvements that were done in recent years.
Can I bring in my own home to an empty lot?
No, all of our current empty lots are reserved for homes the will be brought in the near future.
Are their any pets allowed?
Yes, owners are limited to one pet that weighs less than 30lbs.
Is this a senior park or family park?
We are an all inclusive community, all ages are welcome.
