Finished up this sectional last week. After 20 years of kids growing up and lots of movies being watched, this sectional was ready for a face-lift and some new foam. All seat foam was replaced and back cushions restuffed.

A gorgeous pair of wingbacks done in an oversized navy and white houndstooth leaving the shop soon. Check out the pattern match. If you order a fabric with a pattern, make sure your upholsterer does pattern matching or it will look like a mess. These are classy custom pieces going in a second home.

The client loved this botanical fabric but it was very expensive. My suggestion was to only do the top cushion with it since they are not flippable anyways and just find a solid white for the boxing and deck. This saved some money and we love how they turned out. It showcases the fabric beautifully, and we featured a different scene on each chair to get the most out of the fabric. There are always ways to save some money and still get what you're looking for.

Check out this sofa and the pattern match that went on to create this amazing piece! If you ordered fabric that has a big repeat, you better take it to an upholsterer that can match the pattern. I think it's safe to say I nailed it on this one.

I wanted to quick post these 2 chairs. There is also a sofa that I will be working on next that goes with this set. The channel back chair was a fun one to do as I've never had a cushion come in shaped like this. Both these chairs have kapok stuffing in the backs. Kapok is a super soft silky cotton like fiber, sustainably harvested from the rain forest. Kapok makes a luxurious silky natural fill. A naturally buoyant hollow fiber. It holds its shape very well and gives a good solid feel to any cushion.
