Emilie's Quilt Haus Designed as a small quilt retreat facility for 5 to 9 quilters located just north of Stonewall, Tx. Emilie's Quilt Haus features 3 buildings.

Emilie's Quilt Haus is ideal for bees or close friends to meet and quilt in a country environment. Emilie's is located on 51 acres in the Texas Hill Country 3 miles north of the LBJ Ranch and Stonewall, Texas. The Main Haus with two bedrooms, bath, kitchen and dining area. The Quilt Haus with a large sewing room, breakfast bar, and two additional bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Both houses

have a porch with a view of the Texas Hill Country with tables and chairs for relaxation. A restored 1873 log cabin also resides on the property.

The pickling class was so much fun.

We have exciting and new adventures coming in 2024. Our new facility and commercial kitchen should be up and running. More home canning classes, many more cooking classes, farm to table dinners, supper clubs, and more reasons to gather and celebrate. Class schedules should be posted by late winter. We look forward to meeting new faces, seeing old friends, and pickling up more award winning veggies ! ! !

Get your peaches early this year!

If you haven’t had a Hill Country peach… have you really ever had a peach?! 🍑

They seriously are some of the best around. Duecker Orchard, our family farm, has been rainsing peaches since 1958. The best compliment is seeing those smiles after someone bites into one of our peaches for the very first time!

It's peach season in Stonewall. A little late but the peaches are exceptionally sweet. Carolyn and I are preparing peaches to freeze for peach cobbler and peach sorbet. A few slices may not have made it into the packages. :-)
