Shoutout to Eric Dodd and his family for letting us build their equipment shed!

Its a 36x40x10’6inch beautiful building with 18inch overhang,
two-toned walls= wainscoting
2-16x10 split slider doors
Thermagaurd insulation
1-entry door
Last but not least….
2- 2ft cupolas with whitetail buck jumping weathervane.

We dropped the slider door down a foot in the back to prevent having a giant gap underneath due to the grade/slope. They are going to put treated 2x8’s underneath the metal to close the gap and bring gravel in. This is one of the prettiest equipment sheds we’ve ever built.

Eric had a mason finish up the porch columns and wainscoting on the building we worked on last year. It looks very nice! (Last 2 pictures). Im glad i can share pictures of the finished porch.

Thank you again Jimmy Fleming for letting us work for you. I gotta keep money coming in for the bills and the guys who help me!

We have a 40x60x14 main building with a
40x12 lean-too.
3- insulated 12x12 doors
5- 3x4 windows
2- exterior entry doors
2-interior doors
Last but not least vinyl back fiberglass insulation that does the trick for heating and cooling. We love that stuff!
We have a beautiful building once again! I’m glad I was chose to be apart of this project and glad I finally got to work with Jimmy. We built a nice shop for Jimmys friend Paul Estes a few years ago. Paul told us Jimmy was planning on having a shop built and if we did a good job for him then Jimmy would give us a call. I’m thankful for both of these guys! Great guys to work for and I’m greatful to stay busy!

A big shout out to Jimmy Fleming for the work during the slow months. The 3 overhead garage doors aren’t fiberglass, but they are insulated. That fiberglass was on my mind while making the video. It’s good for heating, cooling and dampening the sound of working on vehicles. I wanted to post pictures with this post but I’ll have to make another post. This is a sneak peak.

A few months ago while work was slow we did a repair job and installed a new metal roof on this 20x24 garage. A tree fell on the garage and busted up some of the roof and overhang. We sealed it back up and replaced the shingle roof with a black metal roof, insulation, soffit and trim. Billy Key and my dad were friends so we made sure to do a good job for him like we do for everyone. Thank you Mrs. and Mr. Key for contacting us and letting us work for you.

Now that the electric, plumbing and spray foamis done it’s time to put the ceiling up. I ordered 20 ft sheets. I’m starting to regret that decision after holding them up over my head while pistol Pete shoots the screws. Did this year really fly by? It’s almost Christmas!

Good afternoon folks, we have another building to show!!!
Here in Scottsville Kentucky near Walnut Creek we have been blessed to build this 28x30x9 garage with the beautiful 1 foot overhang. On the back right side of the building where it slopes because if the hillside, Ray installed a stone wainscoting.
This building has solar eclipse insulation, which has the same R- rating as the thick fiberglass insulation, R-10! This is the first building we’ve had that has the beautiful wood color “warm oak” metal siding. It’s twice the cost as standard colors but it’s given a garuntee longer life with warranty paint. The screws that match this color blew my mind, because they look like a speckled quail egg.
We have a standard 3-0 x 7-0 entry door. And a 2ft x4ft window. 16x7 garage door on the front gable. Your standard pole barn garage roof is a 4/12 pitch! This building is a 6/12 roof pitch! I’ll get some pictures when the front door is installed this coming week. This is the third building we’ve built for Bonnie and Ray DeArmond and I am very thankful for the opportunities they have given us. Thank you Bonnie and Ray. I am very blessed to be able to work with you!
