Hiiiiiiii!! Long time, no see. I have quite a bit of staging inventory coming back in stock. It has been used in model homes, or vacant homes only and wrapped in plastic for transport. Would you guys be interested in me posting it for sale at cost + tax here? I’m ready to switch some things up!

Our Story

Our first store, Heritage House Furniture and Decor, opened in our hometown of White House, Tennessee in 2017. During the 3 years we were there, we learned valuable lessons about the quickly changing furniture industry. Along the way, we were able to fine tune our business practices to better suit our customer’s needs.

In early 2020, we began looking for a new home for our store, and we found it in Franklin, KY. With a new business model, designed to offer the highest quality furniture at the very best prices, we opened Thirty One West. We are proud to offer unique pieces from some of the best names in the furniture business.
