🔨 Another kitchen remodel underway!

This kitchen is getting a much-needed update with a redesigned layout, additional cabinet storage, and a new island to create more workspace and gathering space for the family.

Demo is complete and we’re excited to bring this vision to life. Stay tuned for progress photos and the final reveal!

From closed off to open concept. 🔥

We removed the walls between the kitchen and living room and reworked the layout to create a more open, functional space while updating every surface along the way.

A great reminder that sometimes changing the layout has the biggest impact.

Small space. Big impact. ✨ This powder room got a complete refresh with custom cabinetry, statement tile, modern fixtures, and warm finishes that completely transformed the space.

Sometimes the details completely change the feel of a space. Fresh flooring paired with a custom shiplap island gave this home an entirely updated look and brought everything together.

That little kid is Austin Adair.

This past October, he and his wife proudly took over the family business.

Three generations later, we’re still here — and we don’t take that for granted.
