Not only are we pleased with the Ethan Allen Signature Firm Mattress and Box Springs, we were surprised by the helpfulness of the deliverers. They told us they would wait if we wished to vacuum the area beneath the removed set, helped us put on the Box Spring and Mattress Protectors, and then asked us if there was anything else they could do for us while they were there. Extremely happy with the product and the service.
