Rental & Reservation Agreement:
Your payment or deposit secures your date, if you forget to pay – there won’t be any awesome yards signs in your yard! Take all the photos you want of the display and feel free to post them all over the social media world (of course you can tag me 😁)– but DO NOT pull them up or rearrange them. If you want anything changed, let me know and there will be a $10
fee to come back out. Payment:
Payment must be made IN FULL to secure service from UNIQUE YARD CREATIONS and is NOT confirmed until payment in full is rendered. Client acknowledges UNIQUE YARD CREATIONS will cancel date, if payment is not received and there will not be a setup in your yard. Refunds:
Refunds will NOT be provided based on the following:
*If homeowner or business requests signs be removed once I've arrived and started installing.
*If wrong address is provided for booking.
*Any set up outside of Tarrant County requires a $50 travel fee and 2 day service.
*Any circumstance that prevents us from setting up the display, that is out of our control (hard yard not watered, high grass, pets/animals, ant beds, trees, rocks, gates and/or gate access). We will make every attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, there will be no refund. If we have to make a second attempt to deliver there will be an extra $20 fee.
***IF FOR ANY REASON I HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR YARD SIGN DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, I WILL RENDER A FULL REFUND OF MONEY PAID TOWARDS YOUR SIGN***
Cancellation or Date Change:
If inclement weather (such as snow, heavy rain, etc) prohibits installation, you can either 1)change the date or time, or 2) cancel and receive a full refund. If you order a sign for someone else’s yard, and the event is cancelled or changed, please call us at least 48 hours prior to the event to make sure inventory will be available for the change. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. If you pay in full, all BUT 50% of total cost will be refunded if I am unable to accommodate the date change. Limitation of Liability
For the safety of everyone, please do not touch or play around the display. The Client acknowledges and agrees that UNIQUE YARD CREATIONS is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that is caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of any rental. Reminders for lawn info:
- Please make sure yard is cut. To insure great pictures not only for myself but for you as well. You want to be able to see the whole display.
- Please do not cut grass or edge around the signs.
- If your lawn is dry, please water it at least one hour before installation to make it easier for us. This also ensures our setup isn't limited and is aesthetically pleasing.
- Please turn off any sprinkler systems.
- Please leave outside house lights on if possible.
- We install the evening before your event date or same day depending on our agreement.
- If this is a gift for another household, please notify them and share this information with them.
- Displays are not strong enough to support any weight. Please do not attach anything to any part of the display. NO BALLOONS OR STREAMERS. Again Please DO NOT MOVE SIGNS FOR ANY REASON. Thank you for choosing Unique Yard Creations!
