The Rustic Daisy Home Decor What started out as a hobby has now become a dream! I am on a mission to create beautiful and affordable furniture. So here we are in Fort Wayne Indiana!

Rustic Daisy Home Décor first originated in Ontario, Canada, where I lived with my husband and two children. What started out as a hobby and my love of furniture repurposing turned into a small business? My little business started getting custom orders and word was spreading. I was loving every minute of it and honored to make people’s furniture visions come to life, whether it was a family heirlo

om or a thrift shop find! Fast-forward 6 months and my husband was presented with a great opportunity with his company, but it involved moving to another country. My husband and the kids are settled into their new lives and I love being a stay at home mom, but having been here for a while now I felt it was time to pick up where I left off. Or so I thought?? We moved into our new home and needed a few pieces of furniture so off I went shopping; well in Fort Wayne shopping leaves much to be desired let me tell you. I started looking online and discovered how expensive some of my favorite pieces were and the lack of quality they presented. As I scrolled through these searches DIY and Knockoff websites kept popping up. So you know what? I love tools and I love furniture so why not!! My first piece is my favorite. My parents happened to be visiting at the time and my Dad helped guide me through a few steps and 3 hours later the pile of wood I bought was now a piece of furniture!! I took my creative painting experience and turned this into a one of a kind piece that was custom made out of Real Wood!! I was hooked!! My mission now is to create beautiful and affordable furniture and pass it on to others in the surrounding areas.
