“Our whole experience from start to finish was smooth and pleasant. We were in need of a new outdoor patio set. A friend suggested we check out Dans and we are so glad we did. Our sales person (Tina, I believe) was super helpful and patient with us. She answered all our questions and was never pushy. Our furniture arrived after about 2 months. Quentin and Mike delivered our furniture and were also fantastic. Super nice gentlemen, very professional and nice to chat with as they were setting everything up. They ensured I was happy with the furniture and its placement. We did have to reach out to the manager (Courtney) upon delivery, to clear up a question and she took great care of handling it quickly and professionally. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality and look forward to years of enjoyment!”
