Talk about a transformation! Putting the staircase on display was a must, so the wall separating this once duplex had to go! Adding a gas fireplace ensconced in a beautiful mantle gives this living room more than enough charm! Swipe all the way to the end to see the before!

A new kitchen makes all the difference! The beauty of renovating allows you to change the layout of a house to better suit future homeowners. What was once an odd middle room with an attached bedroom is now the heart of the home.

There's a place for new and modern, but often keeping the integrity of a historic home requires sticking to the original craftsmanship. Finding someone to recreate that may be a challenge as craftsmanship of old seems to be going out the door. Thankfully for me, I have a connection. Awesome work, Brad!

Who else is in love with clawfoot tubs?! This tub was a resident of the house so had to stay after receiving some TLC. Swipe to see what colors this tub has been in the past.
