Late post. Helped our neighbors 22ndfloor in LasOlas RiverHouse. Challenging 34' long curved tracks, 2 independent layers of blackout and sheer draperies were completed.

And finally completed 8000 SF mansion of custom window treatments much needed treatments to protect against harsh direct sunlight.
Showing downstairs area where we've used a translucent linen fabric. Follow and stay tuned to see what we've done with the upstairs area..

It was our pleasure to assist our neighbor restaurant in Las Olas Fort Lauderdale. They needed a solution to block direct sunlight. We designed a transitional style blackout drapery panel with a classic Greek Key border and coordinated tieback. The panel can be easily traversed or tied back for an elegant look.

We didn't go too far for this project. Helping our neighbors on floor 22. Besides the difficulties along the way due to these 32 feet curved custom tracking system we managed to make it happen.. It was almost impossible to bring the rods to 22nd floor (very greatfully for the scaffolding people that works on the outside of the building 👷‍♂️ ).. stay tuned for final results. Client asked for 2 layers blackout and sheer draperies..

Upstairs bedrooms are completed (pictures to follow) and we'd extend our custom draperies all throughout downstairs area. This modern mansion sure kept us busy for a while..
Some are smaller some are bigger but always excited and no 2 projects are alike and no time to get bored here

The client’s dining chairs are original pieces from the Augustus ship (1950), which became the inspiration for the soft furnishings throughout the space.
We selected a blackout velvet in the perfect shade of red for the drapery panels, finished with elegant gold tassels to beautifully coordinate with the dining chairs, paired with a rich gray velvet backdrop in the piano room. To complete the look, classic three-prong pinch-pleat valances were added as the top treatment.

The client couldn’t be happier with the outcome and that truly made my day.
