Renovation vs. buying new. It can be a difficult choice. In our current market of inflated values and higher interest rates, renovating an existing home or condo might be a smart move.

These images are examples of residences that have undergone full renovations by our design team. It not only allowed our clients to customize each to their personal tastes, but it also increased their values, saved on capital gains and kept their property taxes manageable. And when comparing to new construction, it's a much quicker process.
