Phoenix Hardwoods is hiring a shop employee in Floyd, VA.

Entry-level position crafting our signature hardwood cutting boards. Basic woodworking experience encouraged, but we’re happy to train the right person.

What we’re looking for:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Interest in woodworking and craftsmanship
Basic shop experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What you’ll gain:

Hands-on woodworking experience
Training in our cutting board production process
Opportunity for growth into furniture making

A great opportunity to learn, grow, and get into fine furniture making.
