Inspired by Psalms 51:10, I enjoy turning the old into something new and sharing creative projects with others. 🎨✨ Back in 2013, my daughter and I found a little extra time in the middle of life as a full-time teacher, nurse, mom, and grandmother. We wanted a way to enjoy each other’s company, so we started building, crafting, and sharing our creations with others. It began with simple signs and s
mall furniture, but as our confidence and creativity grew, so did our style. Before long, a friend or two joined us, turning our hobby into a little community. When Covid slowed down weekend craft shows, we shifted our focus to refinishing and repurposing furniture. Inspired by Psalms 51:10 — “Create in me a new heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me” — we loved taking old, tired pieces and giving them new beauty and purpose. As more grandchildren entered the picture (and drop-ins became the highlight of my days ❤️), big furniture projects became harder to keep up with. But “having nothing to do” has never been an option for me! That’s when a coworker introduced me to textured art on canvas. I instantly fell in love with the limitless possibilities. Now we’re excited to share DIY art kits—perfect for parties, stress relief, creative time with kids, or simply painting on your own. Crafting and weekend markets are officially back on the calendar, and we’d love the chance to create something beautiful with you or for you soon. 🎨✨
👉 Be sure to follow along for new creations, upcoming classes, and market dates—we’d love to share the journey with you!
