Before and after on this beautiful mid-century piece 🤎🖤

We gave this one a fresh new look by painting the frame in Fusion Mineral Paint Coal Black and re-staining the drawers in Cappuccino Stain & Finishing Oil. The original hardware was too interesting not to keep, so we gave it a good cleaning and left it just as it was.

I love how the dark painted frame makes those warm wood drawers stand out. This is such a pretty mid-century piece with lots of character, and it’s available now at AnitaTrinket

SAVE IT OR SCRAP IT?

I’ve got this old mid-century vanity/dressing table with the matching bench, and I honestly cannot decide what to do with it.

It’s a great solid piece and there’s really nothing wrong with it — but I keep wondering if people even use or buy vanities anymore.

Do I put the time into giving it a whole new look and try to flip it… or is this one I should just let go?

So I want to know what you think.

Would you save it and redo it, or scrap it?

Before & After!

It’s always amazing what a little paint can do. This armoire recently got a whole new look with a custom green we mixed up by Fusion Mineral Paint, and the transformation is pretty incredible.

This sweet little antique piece just made its way into AnitaTrinket. 🤍 It has so much character and so many little compartments — I could picture it in a bathroom holding towels and toiletries, beside a chair as a little magazine rack, or tucked into just about any spot that needs a little extra storage.

We painted it in Fusion Mineral Paint Cathedral Taupe, then layered Milk Paint by Fusion in Almond Latte over top and distressed it to bring out all that wonderful age and texture. The whole piece was finished with h**p oil and wax for that soft, timeworn look.
