UPDATE** to an earlier post!

I love it when the weather is nice enough to start doing furniture projects again! There was a very cool modern white table that I saw in a Swedish furniture store that was the inspiration for this table. That table was $550. I would say that although mine is not an exact replica (a similar table pictures last) I got a far better deal. The chairs I have for this table are temporary- because of course I saw some cool chairs with that table and I have yet to find the exact one's I want to go with it.

This is my $7 kitchen table. I got it at Goodwill last year and it sat in the barn until our recent move. It looks like a table you would find in a school cafeteria only I primed it & painted it white. As soon as it warms up outside I need to prime and paint the base. Wish I had taken a before shot!!

Here is the finished table. Now, on to the chairs and the other Dining table! I am going to strip the paint off and get them back to their original finish and maybe put them back in my actual dining room..another project with pictures coming soon.

This is my $7 kitchen table. I got it at Goodwill last year and it sat in the barn until our recent move. obsessed with the perfect bluish gray/slate blue and Benjamin Moore Paint colors! Have a wall that will be the bluish grey version of this- although this light grey looks great, much of the rest of my rental is done in tan tones (read carpet & other flooring) so a smokey blue is better. I have some old recycled barn wood planks to use for shelves!

I'm a creative multi-passionate entrepreneur- this just happens to be one of my creative outlets!

I build bookshelves & photo ledges. They are super popular for nurseries, children's rooms and well any room of the house! I have sold hundreds of them. I built them for the first time in the fall of 2013 to put in my youngest son's bedroom so he could more easily see all of his books- after all he can't read so why shove them all into a bookcase with just the spines showing and then he has to pull them all out to see them?!
