When I say I’ll be there, I’ll be there. Rain AND shine!!
I started the day at 7:30 in the rain, was soaked by 8:30, peeled off the rain coat by noon, and snapped a quick pic at 1:00.
Four beef last weekend, four pigs yesterday, two beef and two pigs next weekend. I love autumn in Maine!!

I’ll be spending this week with Aaron Waters in Red Hill, Pennsylvania gaining experience and guided practice from his wisdom and generosity.
I can’t wait to come back to Maine and put what I have learned to good use!
