General information

The land that the fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath waterfront cottage is on has been owned by the same family since 1871. The cottage was originally built as a nursery 112 years ago. Watch the dolphins play as you sip your morning coffee on the sun porch. Relax while the kids build sand castles on the beach. Swing in a hammock-built-for-two underneath the magnolias in the afternoon sea breeze. Play a game of corn hole or croquet on the lawn. Rock in the adirondack chairs underneath the ancient oak trees. If you're lucky during the summer months, you'll experience the local phenomenon called "a Jubilee."
