Bitter sweet!
Some of you know that today was my last day as the proud owner of my first business Gulf Coast Interiors &Upholstery. I'm the last of the Powell family that has been doing upholstery for three generations. It's been 23 years and a lot of ups and downs. My customers have been great and I'm going to miss them all! To my employees that has been with me since the beginning, Thank you for always making my job easier and I consider you family. Brad Johnson and Stephen Weems are both amazing people and very hard working/dedicated employees. I want to say THANK YOU! I'm not sure what's in plan for me in the next chapter of life but I will have my eyes open and be ready for what life throws my way. My family has sacrificed a lot, in helping me grow and become who I am today. I'm ready to see what's next. Brad is stepping out on his own and will be happy to help with your Upholstery needs in the future. I've cried many happy tears and have also had my share of hurdles to overcome since the beginning in 2001. I appreciate you all and hope to see you soon! Jack Powell/ Gulf Coast Interiors
