calling all dog lovers/people of interest
as most of you know I rescue and rehab German Shepherds. At this time our kennels are full and with most rescue groups this can be a slow time for adoptions. we became aware and contacted about 2 and from what we understand very adoptable GSD. I will go tomorrow to evaluate them for they came into the shelter together. A very kind person has made a donation to cover their boarding for a short period of time. its not just money to cover their needs or our ability to help them but space. If anyone could help us board the GSD with our commitment to them would make it possible for us to take them under our GSD rescue.
I will know tomorrow after meeting with the dogs if they are good adoptable GSD, but w/o space and help we will not be able to take them, which is why I am reaching out. Several of our GSD have been adopted but due to their stage medically/socially will not leave our rescue until at best , end of June.

This is our boy Bear, doing better with each day, wants to be with people, gets upset when he knows you are leaving. Getting some relief from his flea allergy. We love him.

Natalie after gaining #15 her hind legs are getting better as she gets stronger and muscle mass, soon she will be ready for her new home.

Natalie, from the Mobile shelter a week ago, is our "love sponge" at the kennels, and has a commmited fur-ever home. Her weight is low but her spirit is soaring.

Each morning HoneyBear set with me on the swing while I wrote in my journal and had my coffee. She enjoys the mornings as much as I.
