The detailing on these Chinese vases is incredible. We drilled them for US mounting and wiring. Cut custom brass tops and added 2 light clusters all metal newly polished, aged and hand waxed. Gold twist wire completes the look. Special thanks to for always giving us the most beautiful pieces to work on.

Long time no post! Hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving. We're diving into work, focused on getting projects finished before Christmas. This monumental light fixture is a highlight - we're merging 3 glass pieces into one stunning piece, anchored by this custom brass canopy. A real show stopper that we can't wait to see installed.

Just some random pieces in various states of completion. Does your lighting specialist have an EPA approved spray room? Because we do, and it helps to ensure that our lacquered and painted finishes are as clean and even as possible.

A gorgeous pair of expertly turned into lamps by our talanted team. A custom wood base was fabricated from oak and then "gilded" with tin leaf and then aged and sealed with lacquers. On top we added a large brass cap and other parts in a medium antique finish. Finally we wired it with a rayon wrapped brown cord with a handy roller switch.

These will be available for sale .antiques check them out for all their absolutely gorgeous and well curated objects.

Super big fan of this style of we have done many of the floor lamp version. But this table top size is rather rare. The wood was beat up and the color was wrong and it had no lamping. All of that has now been corrected. Thank you for always letting us bring your objects back to their full glory.

Just realizing we never introduced our front of house manager. This is Mr. V. (short for Varnish). He's been with us for about 6 months now. He's incredibly happy to be overseeing the comings and goings of B&G. But mostly he just wants to eat blood worms and soldier fly larvae.

(V is in a 5 gallon tank with river rock and live plants. It is filtered and heated. This should be considered the bare minimum for any aquatic life)
