I’m currently working on this lovely lovely piece and I’m restoring it. Btw those speeded up YouTube videos that make all this look easy and fast? Well, this takes AGES!!!!! So, you remove shellac with denatured alcohol. 🍷🥂🍾🍻🍺🍹 (maybe not that kind of alcohol…) And steel wool. 🐑🥺 And an inordinate amount of elbow grease!! 💪💪💪🏻💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾 ….I think I may be drunk on the fumes…. 🤪🤪🤪 But there will be no paint on this beautiful grain!!

SOLD!! I love this coffee table- it works for farmhouse, beachy or transitional style. Solid oak painted in FMP grey, and the top has been sanded and given a whitewash stain. Leather drawer pulls and a ticking strip fabric drawer liner finish this piece. Message me if interested! 50x25x17h

It has been primed, painted with two coats of fusion mineral paint (FMP) and then given two protective topcoats- not needed with FMP, but desks get a lot of use! SOLD!! Mahogany, antique secretary desk with dovetail joints converted to a bar cabinet. Elegant and perfect for smaller spaces. Woodland theme inside the drawer, and at the back. Inside holds a minimum of 4 wine glasses, 5 bottles of wine, 2 bottles of spirits and 2 tumblers. Drawer for napkins, wine bottle openers etc. Reinforced to carry full bottles as well! Currently working on this coffee table. After stripping off all the yellowing varnish I was left with lovely oak. This could be a farmhouse coffee table or a beach house coffee table. Either way, I love it. Will post final version when I get the new k***s and it’s finished!

Pulling together different pieces of furniture that don’t match can be done with paint and design. These two pieces are an example of where a client wanted to reuse an old headboard and wanted a nightstand to go with it. She purchased this cute wee table from me, which I’d refinished earlier, and I matched her headboard to it. Let me know if I can do the same for you!

I’m repurposing this lovely secretary desk which had been stained the weirdest red color. I I’m turning it into a bar cabinet with a custom color finish and saving the wood where I can. It is being fitted with racks for wine bottles and glasses. I saw these being used in apartments and cabins because they are perfect in smaller spaces- and soooo much better made than most modern equivalents. I love the elegant simplicity of this piece. It will be ready for sale soon as part of my woodland cabin series- more to follow when finished
