Ho! Ho! Ho! 🎅🏻 Santa Clause Art is done! What do you guys think? My little Christmas village got a makeover too! Are you guys ready for some more Christmas crafts? Let me know in the comments. Happy Saturday! We are in the thick of it right now with showings and holy moly! This is fun! So excited for the next family to come in and make this their home. This backyard was a huge selling point for us when we bought this house because it had so much potential. Updating the pool with pebble tech and adding travertine tiles was a huge improvement. Sadly we lost a lot of the palm trees back there to the extreme heat last year and those dang vines on the diamond trellis that I DIY’d last year are taking longer then I hoped to fill in but I really do love this space!

Are you guys ready for this before and after?! 👉😱 I have sat and looked at this view in this room so many times over the last 4 years envisioning how each project would get to this final look. 😍 So many amazing memories have been made in these rooms and I’m so thankful for all of them! Each project. One by one. New floors, new paint, wall treatments, new light fixtures. Ahhh!! She’s ready for the next family to love her like we have.

I went on a paddle boarding trip to Emerald Cove yesterday with the most amazing people. The heat was insane but the water was freezing and beautiful! Spending a whole day on just this board floating around in nature. Perfect day. 3 more sleeps and we are off to Michigan to celebrate the 4th! 😃
