Picked up this awesome white oak slab. 98”x33”x2 1/2”. Slab was still a little wet so they throwing it back in the kiln for a month. Most of you know I only really work with exotic wood that’s hard to get, but when I saw this slab and the figure of this grain, especially where it’s burly, I couldn’t help myself. This will make a beautiful table contact me and I can give you your quote on a one of a kind table. Will be able to seat 8 people. Im excited to see the finished table from this live edge.

Ordering a Lichtenberg machine so I can finally create some awesome pieces. I’ve always wanted to build one myself but they are very dangerous, so I waited until someone came up with a safer version.

Engagement ring boxes. Looking to propose in a unique way? To me the box should be as equally important as the ring. For most the box is discarded or lost, but at one point that box held something so important and something that ment the world to you. Every box is unique and one of a kind. I have a wide variety of woods and colors to choose from. I’m working on several designs so lots to choose from.

Just met a woman that wants to commission me to make her husband a custom speaker box for his new truck that she’s purchased for him and will be giving it to him after the first. After her telling me everything she wants and how she wants it to look, I said sure all that can be done and that all that will be pretty pricey, because she wants the box made from Bastogne walnut, with African Blackwood and wants a light gray resin with Moon dust mixed in. Again I told her I can definitely get all the materials, even the Moon dust, and gave her the estimate. This woman dint even blink an eye and asked if I expected cash🥹🥹🥹🥹. I tell you one thing that is one lucky, lucky man. Good lord lol. Needles to say I accepted the commission lol. This one will be my most expensive build yet. Excited to get this project on the way.

If you are a woodworker, carpenter, or a even a weekend DIY’er that use any type of machinery like table saws, skill saw, nail gun, jointer, planner, or any type of sharp rotating equipment, please watch this video. this video from Blacktail Studio demonstrates a detailed and vivid reality of what can happen if equipment is not used properly or taken for grant. Threw out the years I have had my own small accidents and close calls. It only takes a split second to lose a finger/fingers, hands or even lead up to a fatality. Please respect your equipment, keep them well maintained and pay close attention. Any and all accidents can be prevented. And in this video he shows you the consequences of what could happen. Have these beautiful Monkey Pod cross cuts waiting for me in Dallas. Can’t wait to start working on them. Coffee tables and end tables. These are already spoken for but, I can get man more just like them. That first picture would make a awesome wall art with some shelves on them the more I look at it lol. Stay tuned for the progress of turning these amazing slabs into a unique and one of a kind future.
