Mercedes-Benz sprinter issues this post is not about Countertops, today. It’s about service department, Mercedes-Benz of Seattle I bought sprinter van from Mercedes-Benz of Seattle in 2013 brand new the day I drove it off the lot I had a limp mode fault for eight years. This sprinter was in and out of their service department with check engine, light and traction control issues. They could never correct these codes. They replaced every single part regarding emission system and def system the last time I took it there was for a recall for the emission system, where they replaced the catalytic converter and all it necessary parts. Of course, I just had them replace two months earlier not knowing there was a recall coming. It cost more than $8000 they replace all the parts I just had them do at my expense. They assured me that this vehicle would not be off there lot and be unprotected. Of course this was a lie. They had so many sprinter vans that they stored them offsite on a lot that was unsupervised. numerous vans were burglarized including mine, where they stole more than $5000 worth of equipment not to mention the damage they did to my van, they handed me the keys back to A completely Ramsack destroyed and not even aword was said to me by anybody at that company nor did they ever fix any of the damage that we’ve done I’m posting this, so nobody else goes through this I took this van to Rempt motors of Auburn and they had it for a week and they fixed every fault code that existed in a week. It’s been back on the road for more than eight months and not one single fault has come up if you have a sprinter van or any motor vehicle I encourage you to take your vehicle to Rempt Motors of Auburn. Don’t let the Location fool you. These guys are expert mechanics and can diagnose your issues and correct them I spent more than $20,000 at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle service department never did they fix any of the problems I spent $2300 at Rempt motors of Auburn in a week they fixed everything that was wrong with it and it’s never come up since. mercedes-Benz of Seattle, their service department is a disgrace to the Mercedes-Benz badge and legacy
