Day off of dentistry means a day for furniture 🧡

The drawers of this beauty were sanded to their natural wood, washed with a water + Shiitake mix by Sherwin Williams, and the rest of the dresser was painted Shiitake by in their Urethane Enamel paint, which is my favorite.

Naval Blue by SW to gear up for 4th of July ❤️💙 found this beauty for me last fall and I thought it would be the perfect project to jump back into furniture after a year of focusing on residency.

Hoping that once I get to Alabama the furniture projects will start full speed again!

This piece was sanded down, painted in SW Naval Blue Urethane paint, the top was stained and finished, and we replaced the back of it with a fresh piece of wood.

Excited to get back to it!

Something different! I have been wanting to try something new, so I went for it!

For this piece, I sanded the top and the drawers and white washed them then finished the top with a finishing wax! I painted the rest of the piece in Rococo Beige by Behr, and then dry brushed the gold wax using a toothbrush for the fun look on the bottom drawers!

This dresser is so cute and would be super fun in a bedroom or as a decorative piece anywhere in the house! It’s my favorite so far!

**edit: this piece is solid wood, and also has a glass cut out to fit perfectly on the top if wanted! I also have a mirror I can match to the dresser if wanted**

I found my new favorite color!

This sideboard/buffet by Ethan Allen is the perfect new piece if you’re trying to add some fun to your house! I painted this Glamour by in their urethane paint. I sanded the top down to its natural wood, stained it, and then added a finish!
