Greetings Elbow Tree Family— We have some news we need to share with everyone. Earlier this year, Farmer Linda had to have some surgery and she has to be on light duty for an extended period of time. Normally we would now be in the middle of starting seeds, prepping the ground, and doing numerous other tasks to get ready for the upcoming season. Unfortunately, that will not be possible for us this year and we will have to miss being a vendor at Veneta's Downtown Farmers Market during the 2026 season.
We know this news is not what many of you want to see and we are disappointed we won’t be able to bring our veggie starts, garlic, produce, and canned goods to the market. Please know this was a tough and disheartening decision to have to make and we will miss seeing and chatting with our customers.
We want to encourage everyone to visit and support all of the other fantastic vendors at our market and support them as you’ve all supported us. Feel free to send us a message if you’d like to ask us about any of this, and Farmer Linda is always happy to help with planting and gardening questions and tips and, of course, chat about her beloved heirloom tomatoes. 🍅
Thank you to everyone for all the support and patronage the past five years and we look forward to getting back to business as usual as soon as possible.
Linda, Mary, Dani, and Lucy—the ETF crew.
