2-3 Warehouse Managers (Inventory Control) ($9.00 / hour with possibility of $11.00)
Must Have:
18 Year or Older
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Fluent English Speaking
Ability to Read, Write, Add and Subtract in English
Some Warehouse Experience
Organized
Ability to Lift and Carry 30 to 40 Pound Furniture
Would Prefer:
Forklift Experience
Valid US Driver's License
2 Box Truck Drivers ($9.00 / hour with possibility of $12.00)
Must Have:
25 Years or Older
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid US Driver's License (CDL not required)
No DUI's or Major Driving Infractions
Fluent English Speaking
Some Experience Driving Large Trucks (26' Box Trucks or Similar)
Ability to Lift and Carry 30 to 40 Pound Furniture
2 Painters ($9.00 / hour with possibility of $12.00)
Must Have:
18 Year or Older
Some English
Ability to Read and Write in English
Some Experience with Handheld Spray Gun Painting (Automotive Painting, Powder Coating, etc.)
Would Prefer:
Fluent English Speaking
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid US Driver's License
1 Maintenance Worker ($9.00 / hour with possibility of $14.00)
Must Have:
18 Year or Older
Some English
Ability to Read and Write in English
Mechanical Aptitude
Some Experience with Industrial Machine Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, or as Auto Mechanic
Ability Read a Tape Measure
Would Prefer:
Fluent English Speaking
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid US Driver's License
7-17 General Entry-Level Laborers ($9.00 / hour with possibility of $11.00)
Must Have:
18 Year or Older
Some English
Ability Read a Tape Measure
Would Prefer:
Experience with Woodworking Equipment, Sanding, Light Assembly, Upholstering, or CNC Machines.
Fluent English Speaking
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Custom Wood Products is a family owned and operated company, in business since 1989. All jobs are permeant, full-time positions, with occasional overtime. We offer holiday pay, vacation pay, attendance bonus, and health insurance. Employees must be physically fit since most jobs require employees to be on their feet for the entire day, with some moderate lifting, in a somewhat dusty environment. The factory is heated, but not air-conditioned.
We are willing to pay for new employees' transportation cost to Elkhart, provided they agree to work for Custom Wood Products, for at least 6 months.
