Our facility offers state of the art security for your peace of mind! Our state of the art security system is unmatched anywhere in Western Oklahoma. Our camera system covers 100% of our facility with 24 hour day/night recording. Any movement onsite is tracked by our camera system. Our security gate entry system gives each tenant a unique code for entry 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Our gates d

o not remain open and unsecured for any reason except an electrical outage and then we post security in the office to monitor activity in and out. Security lighting is in place throughout the facility to make sure our tenants can see at night. Our larger storages feature overhead lighting and a few have trickle chargers to make sure your boat, RV or vehicle battery stays charged. Our facility has an onsite office and we offer automatic debits to those clients who find it inconvenient to stop by and make their payment each month. We send courtesy reminder statements at no charge to our tenants. Our buildings were built with I-beam construction and heavy weight tin to withstand Oklahoma's high winds. Our screws are rubberized to prevent leakage. Our driveway isles are wide to help with loading unloading of large items. All buildings have sidewalks for easier use of a furniture dolly or a U Haul ramp. RV and boat size units feature a 80' driveway isle for easy backing of boats and RV's into the units. Gravel goes all the way up to the sidewalk so there is no bump to overcome when backing into the units. Security bump poles are in place to prevent backing into the building. We offer all size buildings from 5x5 to 15 x 40, pole barns and outside uncovered parking. At Cottonwood Lane Storage, Inc., it's all about our tenants security, comfort, ease of use and safety.
