kitchen's done. Still need to make cabinet fronts for pull-outs

A dent in the budget but starting upward now. Gravel, footers, walls formed. Water ponding in front of the house space to be remedied after the walls are poured.

Finally got the rock cleared.. lots of rock!

Lots and lots of rocks! Just happens, one of our neighbors needs lots and lots of rocks. We'll need a few rocks ourselves.

A lot of rock! have to up-size the equipment. Kinda knew we'd hit rock, but was hopeful. It appears we have as much or more rock as we do dirt.
Sorry to those who are suffering as a result of my lack of facebook skills, I'll do better.

starting work on mom and dads strong, super-green custom home...NO wood construction. Zero carbon footprint. All recycled, renewable materials. Cheaper than conventional wood-framed homes of the same square footage...stay tuned!
