Sorry for the silence lately. We've been finishing up a HUGE job and we finally get to share it with you!! Whiting Custom Lumberworks is honored to have created the donor wall for Forest Grove School Preservation.

Last winter they approached us with a beautiful idea. They wanted each donor to have a mock book spine with their name on it. So over the better part of a year, we created 207 mock book spines, which were then stenciled with each donors name. After that Cassie hand burned each and every name. Next, the "spines" were each stained and sealed, so that they could finally be displayed on their shelves in honor of all those that helped restore this beautiful part of history.

We are so honored to have been a part of maintaining our local history. It is an absolutely incredible feeling seeing everything put together!
