💥 Be part of something AMAZING — our very first INCLUSIVE SPARTAN RACE made for ALL abilities, ALL ages, and ALL heart… and the best part? It’s 100% FREE for your whole family!

On a Hail Mary, I reached out to Spartan asking for an opportunity for our athletes to take on a longer race — because so many of them are absolutely capable! This race is right in our backyard, and I felt called to ask. Spartan not only said YES, but they are fully supporting us to make this happen! 🙌

✨ This is the start of my dream — building a competitive racing team that shines in ALL kinds of races.
The vision? True inclusivity. That means our athletes get the SAME opportunities as everyone else.

Where it all started... I witnessed a miracle ❤️

God spoke to me. A surge of emotions so intense took over my entire being. The words “This is your purpose” whispered to my heart, over and over.

I had the absolute honor of working with a beautiful 25-year-old woman with autism. Nonverbal yet powerfully expressive, she communicated with such elegance. For 9 days, we braved the water together, and she LEARNED to swim FLAWLESSLY. Her tenacity, her strength, her dedication — it moved me to tears every single day. Each victory was a new miracle, and every step forward poured life back into me, reminding me of my purpose: to serve, to connect, to love.

That’s when the AWAKENING happened!

This is why God gifted me this heart — my nature is to nurture. Love is my language, and empathy is woven into every interaction. I embrace without judgment and always step into someone else’s shoes.

From that day on, I committed to building the program of my dreams — a mission larger than life, grounded in love, purpose, and the power of human connection.

Huge shoutout to the Adult Transition Program (ATP) at El Dorado High School for trusting Valor Fit to host a workout class! For some of these incredible participants, it was their very first time in a gym, and they absolutely crushed it! Seeing them step out of their comfort zones, build confidence, and have fun was everything. This is why we do what we do—creating a space where everyone belongs and feels strong.

Can’t wait for the next one! Let’s keep moving!
