Here is a rocking chair I have been working on for a month. It is a Kick Back Rocking Chair. It has flat areas on the back of the rockers to allow it to stop rocking and hold in a reclined position. But wait there’s more! Lol. The head rest is a phone amplifier. So... while kicked back I can listen to my music or take a call or listen to my books. Notice in the pictures that the slot holds the phone and inside the head rest is the phone amp that mechanically directs the sound around your head. I have made several phone amps that were designed for a desk top. The last 2 pictures are of 2 of them. Thanks for looking.

Of all the woodworking projects that I have completed, up to and including completed homes, I think my favorite is building rocking horses. I love all the examples shown here but those ponies fit nicely in a soft spot in my heart. I will start posting completed pieces soon on marketplace with a price and hours to finish.
