Great review from Geralyn... "Charlie did a great job at cleaning the grout in my kitchen floor tile. The floor was really dark between the tiles and cleaning by hand was definitely not doing it. Charlie’s steam process got the grout so much cleaner and it looks nearly new. (I say “nearly” because the kitchen tile is over 20 years old!) The grout originally was a light brown sand color. In the photo the grout color is close to what was original. I would definitely recommend Charlie."
