New appliance install, required minor modification to the cabinet opening. Separately trimmed and fixed a door, placed some transition strips for the floor in the hall, traced and fixed some outlets, and gave an estimate on an attic remodel. Thank you Seth. And the smoked salmon was awesome!

Custom built RV covers. Full RV hookups with sewer and electrical. RV Subpanel has 50 amp, 30 amp and 20 amp connections. Sewage connection has a transfer grinder pump to connect to the existing septic system tank. Transfer pump equipped with float for trouble free automatic on and off functioning. Have your own RV park in your backyard 🙂

Two of the four housing units complained of failed bathtub faucets on the same night. Water wouldn't turn off. Discovered scale buildup from hard water deposits, cleaned and polished away old deposits and prepped for new cartridge, replaced with new Genuine Moen Cartridge and lubed up with faucet grease, reassembled and back to working good as new.

Custom hickory kitchen cabinets, solid raised panel fronts, dove tail joinery, decorative accents, 28in full depth soft close sliders, 32in deep granite counters and backsplash, under cabinet outlets and lighting, built-in appliances and triple garbage can/recycling drawer, stainless hardware, ban-style stainless sink, etc. We also did the tile flooring, recessed dimmable LED lighting, windows, and trim. Started as a dream and a pile of rough sawn lumber and a couple slabs of granite.
