We make custom wood projects to meet your needs with old style
craftsmanship to last for generations. Jim has made accessories
(a solid mahogany turned football) to lamp stands, end tables,
coffee tables, desks, TV stands and book cases, dressers, beds,
complete kitchens (handicap accessible), interior and exterior
doors. That names some of our projects.

Good afternoon everyone!
We just wanted to share a little bit of what's been happening.
We are getting ready to start our own wood working classes at our shop in Eden in the Spray Cotton Mill in the building that used to be known as the Cotton Warehouse. We have been in that location for over 12 years, but we're still a secret. 😵‍💫
We plan on morning classes and evening classes starting on July 13th through November 18th on Mondays and Wednesdays. The morning class will be from 8:00AM until noon, and the evening class will be from 6:00 PM until 9:00.
If you are interested in either of the classes, give us a call at 336-573-9900 or message us. We are limiting the size of the classes, so calling or messaging to reserve you spot is important.
In these classes, you decide what you would like to make, and we will teach you how to use the tools for you to make it yourself.

Yesterday was a major step forward day in class. Finish is going on some projects and a wall is going up for another student in the Spray Mercantile building using virgin growth yellow pine. We think it's amazing! We are so proud of our students. 🤩

Wow I didn't realize I haven't posted any updated pictures on this page. Everything went to our personal page 😵‍💫.
We have had a tremendous semester and there are only 5 classes left. Several projects have already gone home along with our international student, who went back home to Germany. Some super exciting news from her: using the projects she made in our class, she secured a position in the internship program. We are so proud of her!
The next classes start 7/7 - 9/30 Monday and Wednesday from 8- noon. Registration is open if there is something you'd like to make.

Our new RCC semester started yesterday. We had 5 return students and 2 new ones. We are so excited to welcome Theresa and Kenny. While the returnees continued on with their projects, we had our safety training and shop tour. We even tried our hand at some wood turning during the tour!

I got to work on a very sad special client family project. These columns came from the caskets of their parents. They got them off before they were buried. I made sure one pillar of each parent made it into each vase. Since the pillars were made several years apart, I had to make them match. It was a very meaningful experience.
