A couple recently purchased a house in Sandwich and are in the process of making it their own.
Our assignment: this is what people will see when walking through the front door. This is the wallpaper, so they need to be pretty & we have enough color.
Sanding revealed a few issues with the chest and the mirror is cherry. Solution: paint the mirror and the sides of the chest and use a wash of the paint for the top and draw fronts & some gold gilding wax on the hardware. Benjamin Moore Sail Cloth (OC 142)
