Our sincere gratitude to assist with their office relocation, collaborating with and . By re‑selling their existing furniture, we reduced the overall cost of their new furniture, making this project a model of sustainability and cost savings. Working closely with Lisbeth from Draft and Scale, we coordinated building finishes and design with furniture and FF&E. Our client was moved in on schedule and ready to continue their vital non‑profit work, supporting meaningful cultural exchange and international opportunities for young people. It was a pleasure working with this team! 🛋️

Our 2025 project for this publishing house brought their vision to life with a modern workspace that blends fresh, brand-aligned furniture with the biophillic elements they value most. By thoughfully reusing existing files, bookcases, and artwork, we created a sustainable, budget-friendly environment that feels both renewed and deeply rooted in their story. A transformation that proves smart design can honor the past while embracing the future. 🌱

As the year comes to a close, we want to thank our clients and friends for your trust and continued support. It truly means everything to us.

This past year asked more of everyone, and our team met it with professionalism, care, and heart. We also honor the loss of a dear friend and pillar of our office whose impact remains part of who we are.

We’re grateful for an amazing year and excited for what’s ahead. With new experts already on board and as we build out and prepare to move into our new office and design center in Woodbridge—with room for our growing team—we’re ready for the year ahead.

We are so excited to announce Rock the Feast, an inaugural commercial real estate industry networking event to benefit the charitable organization Care for the Homeless.
