This might be one of our favorite rooms we have ever built!

The designer asked for a bunk room where cousins could stay over, kids could pile in for movies, and nobody would feel cramped.

This is the kind of space that reminds me why I love building homes. It’s not about the square footage, it’s about the memories that happen inside of it! Luxury isn’t always about marble and chandeliers. Sometimes it’s about creating spaces your kids will remember forever. This custom bunk room is certainly one of those!

Meet Eden M. Barker
Co-Founder of Lavender + OAKS and the creative force behind the beauty of every build.

From finalizing floor plan layouts to curating every detail of the interior and exterior design, Eden ensures each project reflects the essence of luxury simplified. She coordinates all furnishings and manages the final delivery with precision, passion, and a touch of elegance only she can bring.

A few fun facts about Eden:
• She’s a ballroom dance instructor and a decorated coach with numerous gold and silver medals.
• She’s a proud mom of five—and gave birth to each of them without pain meds or epidurals. Her reason? “If my ancestors could give birth in the freezing cold on the plains, I can do it in a medically controlled environment.”

Luxury, grit, and grace—Eden brings it all.
