Cutting on a giant maple!
Then it will air dry 3 years, then it will go in our plated Italian vaccum kiln for 3 or 4 weeks. After that we surface them flat and add to our online inventory finally! We have 500 plus slabs online!

Long process, but you get a slab that doesn't move on you after you turn it into a finished piece. The slabs have very little cracking during this process as well before finishing it.
Its a very high quality slab for your customers and ours!

Medium sized Black Walnut finished today and has left for its new home!

We are adding slabs to online inventory often. Today we added about 25 slabs, mostly walnut. 10 were thick mantles of Walnut.

Here's a Walnut conference table in a small room, so it could only be 6 feet long, we added corner feet so the chairs fit best. The cutoff was used for a coffee table.

Full truck load today from the spray shop. Monkeypod island, walnut counter with sink cutout, Walnut shelves and a curved Walnut eating counter.
All been picked up except the island.
