Well, I knew the day would come. But, I was hoping it wouldn't be on a $450 piece. A customer refused to pay for the work down on a binder cane porch rocker. " It has cracks in it", could not explain those were not faults, they were leaf lifts and growth marks. " It's not tight enough" Could not explain how binder cane does not mold to a flat edge, THEN IT WOULD BE BROKEN. Didn't like the hairy strings. I tried to explain it is a natural product yada,yada . Mind you when she bought it the let hadn't done the back, front to back. Was sloppy work . Torn it out and told her to find someone else. There was no way I was going to make her happy.

Well today was a rough win. I was working on a press fit cane insert, in a wardrobe door, and had just nailed in my last brace piece, when my cat jumped in the middle and I had to start over 3 hrs. of work! ..though things went better when I had a customer gift me a brand new Dremel . Though I am sure at least one neighbor, is guessing I am one less cat. LOL
