Rules of engagement
1. For service Text or call or even both and leave a voicemail (I do not answer the phone) if you only call and do not leave a voicemail you will not receive a call back additionally if you do not specify where you’re located or are out of my service range you will not receive a call or text back as the service range is made obvious on google and the page
2. All communication will be done Monday through Friday during the business hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm absolutely no weekends
3. Before you reach out make sure you actually have the time and can make the time to meet me at your home for service
4. Absolutely no third party communication. To preserve the integrity of a message and overall communication I will only deal with one person. Do not contact me on behalf of your friend, spouse or family unless you directly are going to be the one that I’ll be meeting at the home and will have payment upon completion of service. Additionally make sure that during our phone call that you’re distraction free and have a quiet calm background with no one in the background to talk over you or for you
5. If you have already taken your piece of equipment apart and have tried to fix it yourself simply do not contact me I will not touch it there’s no exceptions
6. There’s no warranty or refunds implied on anything that is repaired if it’s running when I leave that’s the end of it
7. This is a residential service only meaning i only do work for a single civilian at a home I do not do work for businesses, corporations or government agencies

Make sure that your mower will start or atleast get your lawn mower serviced even if it does run. It’s best to do it before the spring rush. I’ll come to your house and service or repair or both any type of tiller, power washer, generator and lawn mower with a gasoline engine on it. Below are some examples of the mowers I’ve repaired and or serviced and the environments that the work was performed in.
I cover the durham, Raleigh, Cary, apex, wake forest, creedmoor and Butner area

Due to the influx of less than ideal experiences and lack of coordination and preparation from individuals just over simple lawn mower repair I’d like to be very clear do not call or text me if you do not want your lawnmower repaired that same exact day or the next day. nothing will be scheduled past that point. this is a expedited service. I will not keep you waiting. In addition to that when you call there’s no need for a attitude or a passive aggressive Demeanor. I’m not the reason why your small engine doesn’t run. I understand the frustration and inconvenience of it but understand I’m not the reason for it. I’m hopefully apart of the solution. Last but not least I’m not here to argue with you when I make a suggestion of what may be wrong with your small engine I don’t want to hear how you don’t think that is what’s wrong with it and how “it’s a simple fix” when you’re the one that called me for help in the first place if it’s that “simple” fix it yourself
Respectfully I ask that you make this easy for the both of us so we can go on with our day unbothered and happy about our outcome and progress in this life
