❕NEW ITEM❕”La Vie en Rose” Table. We like to throw in custom refurbished pieces during our down time and this one was quick and turned out so lovely. Metal base went from trash to treasure when we chose to add texture to frame and then top off with Ella Rose Chalk paint. We constructed the top with a beautiful cherry wood from our personal collection of woods, then finished with an indoor outdoor seal. Our idea of Farm to Table….

If you recall a highlighted story shared here on January 15th of this year, We had the opportunity to collect pieces of history from what was once our small farming town of China Grove. White oak wood from the old barn located on Deal Farm.

Due to recent sale of land the barn had to be demolished for housing development.

The potential that we find in a barn of that age excites us. To know the sweat, blood and not to mention splinters that went into building such a structure so long ago. We are grateful to be able to preserve a piece of the Deal barn’s history.

We recently sold a custom bench made from the same white oak.

Now, meet “The Miller Table”.

This table is a Gray Designs custom design, handcrafted by us.

A special thanks to our new friends at Gardner Custom Cabinets in Faith, NC for sharing their workspace with us in the construction of this project and their part in finishing/sealing the table.

At Gray Designs we have a vision. We believe in the importance of what it means to sit around a dining table with loved ones and share more than just a meal. It’s meant to be an experience. This table has been built with that vision in mind.

❕NEW ITEM❕Another Gray Designs original design. This bench is constructed from locally sourced, reclaimed barn wood. This beauty is white oak wood. This wood was salvaged from the removal of Deal Farms barn in China Grove. We appreciate being able to save a piece of history from our hometown and create something beautiful to preserve the memory from this local landmark.

❕SOLD❕We are super excited this beautiful table found a new home! Refurbished legs and constructed with local reclaimed barn wood as the table top. A classic two-toned, distressed farmhouse style. What will be taking its place in our booth 218P is a stunner!
